Wind-Free™* Cooling Technology

Wind-Free™* cooling maintains the desired temperature and eliminates direct airflow by delivering air through micro holes on the unit’s front fascia when the louvers are closed, producing a dispersed and gentle flow of air defined as “still air.” 

Wind-Free™* fascia panels include a humidity sensor to prevent condensation by restricting Wind-Free™* operation in high humidity conditions. Wind-Free™* operation is available in cooling mode only.

Individual Blade Control

With independent louver control, the 4 louver blades can be individually set at the same or different angles within a 32-65° range.

Smart Home compatibility for the Wind-Free™* Mini 4-Way Cassette 
through the Samsung Smart Home app, you can operate your unit from anywhere at any time†. Features include: basic control and monitoring of power, mode, set temperature, room temperature, fan speed, supply air louver position, daily, weekly, and monthly energy consumption monitoring**, and 7-day scheduling for single or multiple units. 

†Requires MIM-H03UN Wi-Fi adapter (sold separately) to establish a network connection. The Samsung Smart Home App is available for download on the App Store® and Google™ Play Store. Samsung application account is necessary.
